Job Description

The primary focus of the Salesforce Administrator will be building and managing custom Salesforce applications as prioritized by the Salesforce Center of Excellence. This will include all aspects of business process, technology, program/project management and change management. Execute on strategies identified in the Salesforce Center of Excellence that support long term business goals, anticipate tactical needs, and maximize value out of the Salesforce and platforms. Work across lines of business and executives, business operations and through IT to build and ensure an emotionally engaging customer experience that makes them come back and bring their friends. This role will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence as well as appropriate methods & controls for effective delivery of Salesforce features, tools and techniques.

The Salesforce Administrator will develop, maintain, and constantly improve a reusable repository of tools, templates, best practices and methodologies to manage the execution of solutions and initiatives being deployed on the Salesforce/ platform. To accomplish this, the Salesforce Administrator must work closely with the IT business partners, business units, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

2 years of experience in Salesforce Configuration including Custom Objects, Custom Fields (including formula, lookup, master-detail and rollup summary fields), Workflow rules, Reports/Dashboards

Salesforce Administrator certification required (ADM 201)

Experience with Salesforce Change Sets and Release Management desired

Experience working with highly sensitive data and large data management with focus to detail required

Strong problem solving skills, conflict resolution, facilitation and negotiation skills required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines required

Experience with development of formal processes and methodologies desired

Proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion, applying best practices with the ability to prioritize and creatively solve problems desired

Experience in Salesforce Large Data Volumes, Performance Tuning and Salesforce Data Loader desired

Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred (ADM211)
