Salary Range: $180,000 – $210,000 annually

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure successful delivery of strategic business programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, experience managing large-scale projects, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple programs from planning through execution and delivery.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, product, HR, finance, and leadership teams.

Develop project timelines, resource plans, risk assessments, and status reporting.

Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when needed.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

Track milestones, budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics.

Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Maintain documentation, reports, and program governance standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or related leadership roles.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Experience managing remote or distributed teams.

Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certification preferred.

Experience working with enterprise-level programs or large operational initiatives.

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
