We’re currently seeking a dedicated Oncology Client Coordinator to join our oncology department. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with prior veterinary experience—whether as a licensed technician, veterinary assistant, or an experienced client service representative. Experience in oncology is a plus but not required.

Anticipated Schedule

This is a full-time position.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am-5:30pm

Some holidays are required

Compensation

Starting at $22-25/hour, commensurate with experience

Act as a liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, and our doctors and technicians.

Monitor and manage client and veterinary communication, ensuring timely and effective information flow.

Review patient records to assess any urgent concerns and ensure appropriate action is taken.

Enter and update patient information in our computer system.

Audit referral reports, charges, and diagnostic records from the previous week.

Familiarize yourself with departmental procedures and protocols to ensure smooth operations.
