Job description*:

"We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with 7+ years' of experience in Automation Testing to enhance our software testing capabilities and ensure the highest quality of our products.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing automated testing solutions, as well as a strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and test automation strategies.

#Required Expertise:

Strong knowledge and practical experience with Katalon, selenium with any language is compulsory, as it will be a key tool in automation testing framework.

Required Qualifications: BE/BTech in computer science or equivalent from a reputed Intsitute.

#Key Responsibilities:

o Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, Java, Groovy or similar.

oIntegrate automated tests into the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline to support rapid feedback and development cycles.

o Evaluate and recommend new test automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

o Define and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

o Conduct thorough testing of software applications, identifying defects and collaborating with development teams for resolution.

o Perform code reviews to ensure the quality and reliability of automation scripts.

o Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure testing aligns with quality objectives.

o Act as a quality advocate within the organization, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.

o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers and other team members.
