Hari Stones Limited, one of the Western Canada’s leading Importers and distributors of natural stones, located in Burnaby, BC is now hiring a full-time, permanent candidate for the position of an Office Administrator.

Job Requirements: Candidate should possess:-

Person should have minimum 2 years of Relevant Experience.

Experience in office accounting will be an asset for this job position.

Preferred: University Degree

Language: Excellent Proficiency in English language is required for this job.

Job duties and responsibilities: Ideal candidate should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities:-

• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and implement, review, and evaluate new procedures.

• Establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.

• Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.

• Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.

• Monitor office operations, and schedule appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff.

• Serve as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts.

• Manages staff schedules, and assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed.

• Tracks office supply inventory and approve supply orders.

• Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.

• Supervises all administrative personnel.

Compensation: Hari Stones Ltd offers to pay a competitive market rate of $23.00 per hour.
