We are seeking a Junior Sales Account Manager to join our sales team! You will resolve customer questions and offer sales solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored technology solutions, including devices, plans, and connectivity options
Track sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-up and pipeline growth
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support retention, upgrades, and referrals
Resolve customer inquiries
Keep customers aware of the latest developments
