Job description*:

#Qualification:

Bachelor / master’s degree in mechanical engineering

#No of years’ experience:

Min 3-5 years at in the Power / Energy / industrial application business

Min 8-10 years’ experience for Lead / Senior Engineer role including project management experience and customer communication

#Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generation of Arrangement drawings including civil inputs based on 3D models using AVEVA DRAW and AutoCAD.

• Clash checks including iterations with civil engineers and structural steel designers

• Pipe stress calculations and reports (ROHR II, CAESAR)

• Generation of Isometric and Support drawings

• Specifications for piping, valves, fitting, support/ hangers, insulation, Hydrotests procedures, markup P&IDs for pressure testing

• Heat tracing, gaskets and miscellaneous in-line components

#Skill set:

• 3D modeling in AVEVA E3D/PDMS

• Generation of Arrangement drawings including civil inputs based on 3D models using AVEVA DRAW and AutoCAD.

#Tools:

• Pipe stress calculations and reports (ROHR II, CAESAR)

• Itemized piping, concrete, or rubber-lined piping for CCW
