Main Responsibilities

1. Offer advice and recommendations to the board of directors.

2. Ensure that the organization's strategic plans are effectively executed and that progress is being made towards achieving the desired outcomes.

3. Involve overseeing specific branch/divisions/team, and ensuring that day-to-day operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

4. Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and meetings with stakeholders to build relationships, promote the organization interests, and explore new opportunities.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

5. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System (QHSE), including the identification, documentation, evaluation, and control of risks within the branch’s operational areas.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse/distribution operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

3. Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, distribution, and end-to-end supply chain operations.

4. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams.

5. Strong understanding and practical experience in implementing QHSE standards and Integrated Management Systems is a plus.

6. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.

7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

8. Good command of English (both spoken and written).

9. Willing to be placed in Semarang and travel as required.
