Sales Specialist

We are looking for innovative, Self Motivated High energy, skilled Sales Reps for a thriving Graphics Firm with 5 different subsidiaries. Must be Skilled in Direct Sales and/or cold Calling Sales and Customer Service skills. Able to pitch services to new clients and upscale the customer on multiple products to close the sale and able to meet monthly quota minimum. Requires some experience in Microsoft Word, Excel Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat PDF forms, Email, and Navigating Company websites and Facebook. This position is not full time or part time. You work at your own pace. Its Straight Commission position, the more you sale the increase of the commission percentage you earn. with potential to receive commission from repeat clients acquired

*SUMMARY* We are a ONE STOP SHOP for all marketing needs. We specialize in Graphic designs. Printing, Branding Materials. Tradeshow displays etc. We have a total of 6 companies. The Sales Specialist is responsible for having product knowledge of our companies, articulating to the potential client on services we offer that will appeal to there marketing needs. The Sales Specialist is the first point of contact, working closely with customers to create a pleasant experience before calls is transferred to our quotes team to continue the ordering process. The Sales Specialist to the potential client is essentially the face of the company and has to represent the company with integrity, excellence and professionalism

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities: Acquiring new cliental using any of the following source, Direct sales (door to door to businesses), Cold Calling businesses (work from home). Social Media, Email Blasting etc. – Pitching to potential clients our products and services and gaining some details on the client based on there current marketing needs. Up selling the client and educating them on our other subsidiary companies to inform them of a basic run down of the services we have to offer. –Completing there quote request form for the client and emailing it to our quotes team to complete the sale - Researching leads. and Creating Client sales list along with Tracking companies contacted to log for company database.

*REQUIRED MATERIALS FOR POSITION*

DIRECT SALES: Transportation or access to public transit to reach business areas. Professional Attire representing the company with excellence, iPad or tablet large enough to show clients products and services. Phone to receive business calls to and from. And Wi-Fi to access internet at all times to send emails and to quoted department and access company information at will. Company Cards to leave with potential clients. Tablet, or iPad must have Adobe Acrobat or Reader. Microsoft Word or Excel and internet browsers

COLD CALLING SALES: Phone to receive and return business calls. Computer, Tablet, or iPad with Wi-Fi access to find leads, access company information at will. and to send emails and to quotes department. Computer, Tablet, or iPad must have Adobe Acrobat or Reader. Microsoft Word or Excel and internet browsers

*Education and/or Experience * Knowledge of these software applications Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat PDF forms, Email, and Internet to navigating Company websites and Facebook - Time management skills: Self motivated to meet weekly and monthly quotas. 2 years customer service or sales experience preferred in the print production environment however 2 years in sales (face to face or over the phone) will suffice. - Excellent verbal communication and typing skills. – The ability to self manage schedule and responsible for meeting company standards and willing to go above and beyond call of duty.

* Language Skills * Ability to collaborate with customers on projects - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
