We are looking for an IT Support Manager with strong network administration skills to help meet our company's growing IT demands.


Managing a team of onsite IT Support agents

Dealing with the day-to-day IT requests coming in from our office in Berlin

Resolving mainly Windows 7 and 10 issues, as well as Mac OS X specific issues

Planning and implementing continuously growing internal network, including WiFi setup, management of switches, firewalls

Analysing, planing and implementing internal network for heavy VoIP environment

Carrying out new employee onboarding and offboardings, including setting up laptops

Managing various remote accounts – Google Apps, Salesforce, Asana

Managing Natterbox VoIP phones

Tech inventory management

Optimize processes and flows in IT Support department


You have 2+ years experience working as IT Support manager, Network administrator or related field

Knowledge in IT field, including Windows and Mac OS X operating system, networking, server management

You know everything about networks, ideally you have CCNA certification, you know what is QoS, MTU size and jumbo frames

Good nature and patience for users with high expectations

A keen interest in all technologies

English is required, German is a plus
