Now Hiring: Data Analytics & AI Developer (Power BI / Fabric / .NET / Python)
This is a full-time / permanent role with our direct client.
We’re looking for a curious, driven technologist who wants to build real solutions, grow their skills, and be part of a team that values long-term impact over short-term gains.
This is not a siloed role—you’ll have the opportunity to work across analytics, development, and AI while collaborating with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that drive business decisions
Build and support AI-enabled reporting, including generative AI insights and automation
Work with modern data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, data models, pipelines)
Develop and maintain applications and integrations using .NET and/or Python
Write and optimize SQL queries and support data modeling efforts
Partner with business stakeholders to turn questions into clear, actionable insights
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and well-documented
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills:
Power BI expertise (dashboards, data modeling, reporting)
Experience with AI tools (Fabric, Copilot, or custom AI/agents)
Programming experience in .NET (C#) and/or Python
Strong SQL and understanding of relational databases
Nice to Have:
Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or automation tools
Exposure to ERP/CRM integrations
Familiarity with AI governance or secure data practices
Experience:
2–5 years of hands-on experience
Ability to demonstrate real work (projects, dashboards, applications, etc.)
Who You Are
Hungry to learn and willing to step outside your comfort zone
A problem-solver and builder, not just a report generator
Thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment where you’ll touch many parts of the business
Interested in growing with a company long-term
️ Important: This environment takes time to learn. We’re looking for someone who values stability and growth, not frequent job changes.
Why Join Us?
Work on cutting-edge AI + analytics initiatives
Be part of a highly collaborative team of less than 20 with global reach
Opportunity to support and interact with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia (including Japan)
Travel opportunities tied to global projects
A family-oriented culture with strong camaraderie
Exposure to a wide range of technologies—no silos here
Long-tenured organization (average tenure ~20 years) with excellent benefits
If you’re looking for a place where you can learn, build, and stay, this could be the right fit.
