Finish Carpenter

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team at Pro-Master Cleaning & Restoration. In this role, you will be responsible for the final touches that turn a restoration project back into a home. From high-end trim work to cabinetry installation, your craftsmanship will be the face of our quality promise to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Install doors, baseboards, crown molding, and cabinetry with high precision.

Perform finish-grade sanding, staining, and painting as required.

Work from blueprints or verbal instructions to complete restoration and remodeling projects.

Manage materials efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Maintain a clean and safe job site, respecting our clients' homes and businesses.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Proven professional experience in finish carpentry.

Reliability: Strong attendance record and the ability to manage your time effectively.

Independence: Ability to take direction and then execute tasks autonomously with minimal supervision.

Communication: Clear communication skills for interacting with team members and occasionally with homeowners.

Collaboration: A positive attitude and the ability to work alongside other trades when the project requires a team effort.Company Description
