What You’ll Do:

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)

Replace and upgrade existing systems including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductwork

Read and interpret blueprints, job specs, and manufacturer instructions

Ensure all installations meet local codes and company standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices

EPA Certification (required or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
