What You’ll Own

Full P&L responsibility for a high-volume downtown location

Recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team

Delivering an exceptional guest experience on every shift

Driving sales while managing food and labor costs

Creating a strong, positive, and accountable team culture

What We’re Looking For

2–4+ years of restaurant management experience (fast-casual preferred)

A natural leader who earns respect through action and consistency

Strong operational and financial acumen

Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style

Adaptable, resilient, and composed under pressure

Local to Pittsburgh or open to relocation

What You’ll Get

Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 (commensurate with experience)
