Key Responsibilities
Coordinate therapist schedules based on availability and client needs
Update and maintain scheduling, client, and therapist data in internal systems
Communicate with families regarding scheduling changes and cancellations
Contact families and therapists via phone, text, and email to resolve scheduling issues
Support onboarding and training of new therapists on scheduling systems
Make decisions based on internal performance metrics
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Strong proficiency with web-based and mobile applications
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
High-speed internet required for phone and system use
