We are hiring an Executive Assistant – Communications & Brand to support the CEO of a well-established company with a strong footprint in the Lebanese market, specializing in supplying premium equipment, solutions, and products to commercial kitchens and hospitality businesses.
With over 45 years of presence, the company partners with high-end international brands and operates across multiple business lines — from kitchen solutions to specialized product distribution.
This is a corporate, office-based role — not a hospitality or shift-based position.
The Role
This is a hands-on, multi-functional position supporting the CEO across communications, coordination, and light marketing/branding activities.
Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being at the center of operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the CEO with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups
Manage and streamline internal communication across teams
Assist with external communication (vendors, partners, suppliers)
Handle customer-facing coordination when needed
Support basic marketing & branding tasks:
Social media posts (Instagram, etc.)
Event coordination and simple branding materials
Basic visual/content creation
Assist in vendor sourcing and research
Follow up on operational details (uniforms, suppliers, internal needs)
Keep projects organized and moving forward
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in admin, coordination, marketing, or similar roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
Basic exposure to social media and branding tools
Ability to work closely with senior leadership
