Hiring: Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Analyst – Eden Prairie, MN Contract

Seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry UM Analyst to support and optimize authorization and referral workflows within Epic Tapestry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and enhance Tapestry UM workflows for authorizations and referrals

• Support Tapestry Care Link for external provider and partner access

• Build routing rules, work queues, notifications, and decision workflows

• Collaborate with UM, care management, provider relations, and claims teams

• Support testing, defect management, releases, and hypercare activities

Required Skills:

• Active Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Certification

• 3–5+ years of Epic Tapestry UM build/support experience

• Strong experience with Tapestry Care Link

• Knowledge of payer operations, UM regulations, HIPAA, CMS timelines, and NCQA

• Experience with SQL, Clarity, Caboodle, or SlicerDicer reporting tools

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Contract: May 2026 – Sept 2026
