Join the team that keeps our people paid accurately and on time. As a Payroll Services Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting payroll operations — helping to ensure employees are paid correctly and queries are resolved efficiently.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Payroll and HR systems within a fast-paced alpine environment, where accuracy, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide support through the Payroll Help Centre, responding to employee payroll enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with payroll administration tasks, including data entry, system updates, and maintaining employee records
Support the preparation and processing of payroll cycles, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in collaboration with Payroll and HR teams
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with payroll legislation, policies, and procedures
What You'll Bring
Experience in administration, customer service, or a strong interest in Payroll or HR
High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain payroll information clearly
Digital confidence using systems and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, organised approach with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
