Supply & Operations Assistant

Dentistry

$21.00 per hour

Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-9:00pm

Columbus, Ohio (onsite near tOSU Campus)

3-Month Contract with Potential to Extend

*Please note: you will be responsible for your own parking of $25 per month, but they pay $1.00 per hour worked towards parking

Must provide documentation for the following vaccinations:

For convenience and efficiency, we will assist with scheduling and coordination of these health screenings

Hep-B, MMR, T-Dap, Chickenpox, and Flu

Completion of a TB test is required

What You’ll Do:

Stock and replenish PPE and essential supplies in dental rooms throughout the day

Ensure all dental rooms are organized and ready for use

Empty and maintain water bottles in each room

Monitor inventory levels and restock stockroom as needed

Follow all HIPAA guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and able to work independently during night shift (12:30 PM – 9:00 PM)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards
