AWS Sr Developer

Technical Skills

Must have skills - Ability to manage and monitor AWS EMR, AWS EC2, AWS S3, RDS (MySQL) and Talend Jobs. Strong engineering skills in above mentioned AWS services. Support high volume, high throughput workloads. Understands growing ecosystem of AWS data services and has some exposure to engineering and administration activities. Any work is done on data integration via web services abstraction. Sound Data Management (data integration, metadata management, data quality, governance) fundamentals. Knowledge of data lake and data warehouse concepts. Experience with data modeling. Experience working with SQL, MPP, and NoSQL databases. Understanding for Big Data Ecosystem (specifically on AWS i.e. AWS EMR). Analytical/Problem Solving Skills. Able to work in an Agile Team. Clear Communication. Strong RDBMS fundamentals and experience.

Process Skills

Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment preferred

Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code

Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Qualification

Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in software engineering and / or development operations and 4+ years of work experience in AWS apps development.

Education qualification: B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
