Job Description

At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design.

At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Delivery in which at least 4 years of experience in Performance Testing.

At least 4 years of experience in Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) and reporting skills.

At least 3 years of experience in non-functional requirements with various stakeholders.

At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design; solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts.

At least 4 years of experience in tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace or CA Introscope along with open source and native performance tools for Web/App and DB layers.

At least 3 years working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; interaction with various stakeholders for performance issue resolution.

At least 3 years of experience of PT phases and pre-requisites for data setup.

Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.

Ability to lead/handle a team up to 10 core engineers from local or remote place is expected.

Experience with Financial domain is preferred.

Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.

Analytical skills.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with IT.
