Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Experience supporting IC customers in data/technology-driven environments

Ability to bridge technical teams and operational stakeholders (translator between mission & IT)

Experience working across enterprise tools

Desired: WordPress, Confluence, Jira, Tableau and/or Power BI, SharePoint

Experience integrating commercial platforms with custom data systems

Desired: Palantir, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or AWS

Experience designing and implementing workflow automation solutions

Ability to design dashboards and reporting solutions (both executive-level decision support & operational analysis)

Proficiency in scripting/automation languages

Desired: Python, Powershell, or Bash

Proficiency in front-end development languages

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery

Ability to gather requirements, document systems/processes, and deliver user training

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stand up new systems or processes from scratch

Experience providing tier-one support and driving user adoption of new technology solution

Desired Qualifications:

Kibana/ElasticSearch

SQL

Adobe (Photoshop & Illustrator)
