Job Description

4+ years of strong experience in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them.

Strong expertise in load test tools - HP Performance Center, Jmeter APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics Experience is preferred.

Knowledge of Performance troubleshooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred.

Ability to identify performance bottlenecks from issues – complement development team in speedy analysis/root cause of performance issues is preferred.

Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, app dev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc). is a plus

Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience.

Should have strong coordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills.

Should have Strong leadership skills.

Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology, micro-services, Angular js etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities.
