Store Manager positions are available in the Cincinnati area for our GOCO Shell convenience stores!

As a Store Manager at one of our convenience stores, you will be responsible for the following:

Quality Customer Service

Store Image & Appearance

Employee Development and Adequate Staffing

Shortage & Loss Control

Merchandising & Promotions

Successful Store Managers must possess effective time management skills, an understanding of priorities, and must conduct business in a professional manner- while being a role model for store employees.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Proven organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally up to 50lbs.)

Proven reliability and high personal integrity

Retail management experience

Experience in convenience store management is preferred
