About the role ( Work from Office )

We’re seeking a Senior TypeScript engineer to build scalable backend systems and modern web applications for enterprise clients, starting with APIs, integrations, and async workflows, and growing into AI-powered product development through hands-on work with LLM integrations, event-driven architectures, and production-grade SaaS systems—an ideal role for someone who enjoys building reliable software and shipping AI-enabled features end to end.

Must-Have Skills

1. TypeScript on Node.js, full-stack: You have shipped non-trivial features across an Express (or comparable) API and a Next.js (or React) frontend, in a TypeScript monorepo, with Prisma or a similar ORM over PostgreSQL. You are comfortable with React hooks, server-side rendering, API design, and DB migrations.

2. Async, event-driven backends at scale: BullMQ on Redis (preferred), or equivalent (Sidekiq, Celery, SQS workers, Temporal). You can reason about idempotency, exponential backoff, dead-letter handling, webhook outboxes, and worker concurrency tuning.

3. LLM integrations in production: You have built features on top of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini, with structured-output validation, prompt versioning, evals or observability, and a clear sense of where deterministic code ends and the model begins.

Preferred Skills

1. Multi-tenant SaaS: Schema-level tenancy, encrypted-at-rest credentials, signed URLs, audit trails, role-based access (platform admin / org manager / user).

2. Third-party integration patterns: OAuth flows, encrypted token storage, webhook ingestion with HMAC verification, retry with backoff, CRM connectors (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).

3. Self-hosted deployment infrastructure: Docker, Coolify, Azure (App Service, Blob Storage, OpenAI), Postgres operations, Redis operations. Comfortable owning a deploy that is not managed by a platform team.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience building production applications with TypeScript and Node.js

Strong understanding of full-stack development using React/Next.js, APIs, PostgreSQL, and modern backend architecture

Experience working with asynchronous or event-driven systems such as queues, workers, webhooks, or background jobs

Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, etc.) into real-world applications

Ability to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and integration patterns in a fast-moving product environment
