Job Description

The job requires at least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes. It also requires at least 4 years of experience in Development/Configuration/Solutions Evaluation/Validation and Deployment. The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process. The job also requires at least 4 years of experience in Software Development and Testing Life Cycles. The candidate must have strong programming skills using core JAVA. They must be experienced with Web technologies J2EE, MVC, HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, web services (REST/SOAP), XML, CSS, JSON. The candidate must have clear demonstrable experience in AWS Cloud technologies. They should have experience in creating, modifying or designing test frameworks (using Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.). The candidate should be a strong advocate and experienced practitioner of Agile and/or Lean practices, CD/CI. They should be knowledgeable in writing code to test code: UI and API level testing. The candidate should have Database knowledge in RDBMS, SQL and Stored Procedures etc. They should have knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and principles. The candidate should have experience in Test Automation using common Test Automation tools like Selenium, CodedUI, UFT/QTP etc. They should have good knowledge in Retail domain. The candidate should have experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. They should have experience in methodologies like TDD, BDD and associated technologies like Cucumber, Gherkin and AWS. The candidate should create and maintain Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Project Plan [using Microsoft MPP]. They should provide testing schedule, estimate, and resource needs, and ensure adherence to such. The candidate should identify and communicate test environment and test data requirements. They should record testing risks and issues in the appropriate project logs. The candidate should have Analytical and Communication skills. They should have Planning and Co-ordination skills. The candidate should have experience with project management. They should have experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with IT.
