Aurelexa is hiring a Frontend Developer to build the core token ecosystem powering our platform. You will work on a production–grade system that combines ERC–20 token infrastructure, a high–performance backend, real–time market data, and a trading-focused application layer.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain responsive trading UI components using React 18 and TypeScript across Swap, Limit, Buy, Sell, Trade, and Markets pages
Integrate real-time WebSocket data into live UI updates — order books, price tickers, trade feeds, and candlestick charts
Implement transaction signing and submission for swap, mint, and order flows via Viem, replacing paper trading placeholders with real on-chain execution
Own the wallet connection experience across 8+ providers using EIP-6963, and collaborate with the smart contract developer on ABI integration and on-chain event handling
Connect frontend to backend REST APIs for market data, order management, and swap quotes, ensuring consistent data contracts across the stack
Write clean, well-typed TypeScript with a focus on component reusability, performance, and maintainability
Requirements
3+ years of professional frontend development experience with React and TypeScript in a production environment
Strong proficiency in React 18 — hooks, context, component architecture, and performance optimization
Solid experience consuming REST APIs and WebSocket streams for real-time data rendering
Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive, accessible UI design
Familiarity with Web3 frontend integration — wallet connection, transaction signing, and contract interaction via Viem or Ethers.js
Experience with charting libraries such as lightweight-charts, klinecharts, or TradingView
Comfortable working in a monorepo structure and collaborating across frontend, backend, and smart contract teams
Tech Stack
Frontend: React 18 + TypeScript – trading UI, component architecture, real-time data handling
Styling: Tailwind CSS + PostCSS – utility-first responsive design, custom animations
Routing: React Router v6 – client-side navigation across trading pages
Real-Time Systems: WebSocket client – live market prices, order book updates, trade feed streaming
Charting: lightweight-charts + klinecharts – candlestick charts, real-time price rendering
State Management: React Context – Config, Wallet, Markets, Favorites, PaperTrade providers
Optional Integrations: RainbowKit – wallet connection UI, swap quote fetching via backend API
Nice to Have
Experience with RainbowKit or similar wallet connection UI libraries
Familiarity with Viem or Ethers.js for on-chain contract interaction and transaction handling
Prior work on a DEX, trading platform, or any DeFi-related frontend
Understanding of ERC-20 token standards and how they surface in UI flows (balances, approvals, transfers)
Experience integrating TradingView, lightweight-charts, or klinecharts for financial data visualization
Familiarity with WebSocket-driven architectures and managing live data state efficiently
Experience working in an npm workspaces monorepo alongside backend and smart contract teams
Comfort with Hardhat local network for testing frontend-to-contract integration end to end
Eye for financial UI/UX — order books, depth charts, trade history tables, and position panels
