Role Description
The Production Assistant will support machine operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves ensuring equipment is properly supplied with materials, assisting with routine operations, conducting basic quality checks on finished products, and adhering to all safety procedures. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent placement and increased pay.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experience required
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
Reliable and able to work assigned shift hours (3:00 PM â 1:00 AM)
