Essential Duties
Exhibits sincere hospitality and prioritizes member satisfaction at all times.
Remains attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, vendors, and fellow employees.
Acts as a leader within the team by inspiring excellence and continuous improvement.
Greets and interacts with Members, guests, vendors, and colleagues in a service-oriented manner.
Responds promptly and enthusiastically to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.
Sets up banquet and event spaces according to event orders and diagrams, including arranging furniture, equipment, and décor.
Assists with loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of event spaces and storage areas before, during, and after events.
Assists with breakdown and ensures spaces are returned to their original condition.
Organizes storage facilities to allow efficient movement of equipment and supplies.
Collaborates with Food & Beverage service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
Communicates member needs and feedback to management.
Adheres to all Club and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
Supports a safe and professional work environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills with strong follow-through
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically in fast-paced situations
Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve them professionally

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
