HR Recruiter/Generalist
Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Recruiter/Generalist is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing recruitment efforts and selection processes for hospital personnel. This position will serve as a vital member of the Human Resources department and will assist in developing and maintaining a proactive recruitment process consistent with the hospital’s overall mission and goals. This position will also provide confidential administrative support to the Human Resources Director and department on a variety of duties including but not limited to, maintaining the accuracy of employee data and personnel files.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
One to three years’ experience in a human resources generalist and/or administrative position, preferably in the behavioral health field or a related healthcare industry
Recruitment experience preferred
Skills and abilities:
Effective verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of telephone etiquette is required
Ability to interact in a positive manner and to communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisor and other hospital employees
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Must be able to maintain accuracy of information/documentation
Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of departmental and personnel policies
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of effective interviewing techniques
Must be team oriented with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, and work within critical deadlines
