As a Project Manager on the Site Supervision team, you will play a key role in ensuring that all construction activities are executed on time, with the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will support the Senior Project Manager in overseeing critical control documents, client communication, reporting, and the coordination of weekly progress meetings.

Your focus on exceptional client service—through a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to project delivery—will help foster long-term relationships and drive repeat business.

Your Role

Oversee all phases of construction to ensure work meets quality standards, design specifications, and code requirements

Manage the Master Schedule, ensuring milestones are met while maintaining cost efficiency and adhering to safety protocols

Conduct daily site walkthroughs to monitor progress and identify risks or deviations

Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, consultants, and on site personnel to resolve issues and maintain workflow

Utilize project management platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Bluebeam, Procore, and other ERP systems to support coordination, tracking, and reporting

Provide guidance, direction, and real time feedback to ensure consistent performance across field and office activities

Represent the team in internal, client, and catch up meetings, ensuring accurate communication and timely follow through

Prepare and maintain daily and weekly progress reports, including photographic documentation

Review, validate, and approve payment applications, change orders, and related project financial documents

Manage and track RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation

Maintain checklists, quality dossiers, installation verification records, and compliance reports

Validate drawings, submittals, and technical documents to ensure constructability and adherence to standards

Prepare agendas and detailed meeting minutes to ensure clear documentation of decisions, actions, and accountability

Generate coordination reports, quality assessments, and status updates

Qualifications

Strong computer skills with effective written and verbal communication abilities

Demonstrated judgment in balancing desk-based tasks with field supervision responsibilities

Proficiency with project management and design tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and AutoCAD

Fluency in Spanish with strong public speaking skills; comfortable presenting to audiences of varying sizes

Leadership experience guiding both small and large project teams

Solid understanding of local and international construction codes to support quality control and code compliance

English language proficiency is mandatory

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an architectural or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial site supervision

Experience with Procore, Revit, Newforma, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Teams.Experience in tenant improvements (TIs) and retrofits in industrial or corporate construction environments

Knowledge of LEED principles and experience with construction-related cost analysis

Physical Requirements

Conduct daily site walkthroughs to monitor construction progress

Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds as needed

Daily on site presence is required to ensure effective project oversight

Periods of desk and computer-based work for reporting and documentation

Must be punctual and able to adjust work hours based on project needs, including alignment with construction schedules and deadlines
