Emergency Medicine

Locum Emergency Physician needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Anacker, WI. WI license preferred.

Shifts: Day (6a-6:30p) & Night (5:30p-6a) Shifts, must be flexible to either.

Minimum of at least 6 shifts per month, up to 16 shifts per month.

No Call.

Practice Settings: Inpatient - Level 4

The following support services have 24 hours availability at the facility: Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology.

Are newborn deliveries received in the ED: No.

Is there a L&D department: Yes.

40-60 patients in 24hours in the ED/UC Setting.

Patients per shift: 20

# Beds: 13

Average Patient Acuity: 3

Support Team: 4 RNs, 2 NP/PA, 1 MA, 1 Office Staff

Telestroke services, and Tele ICU Services utilized to support care as well as UW helicopter on site.

EMR: Epic.

Certification Requirements: Active WI License & DEA, ACLS, ATLS, ABEM

Credentialing: 90 days

$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
