Project Architect

Working Location: Chinatown

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)

Salary Package:

Basic salary up to $8,000 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead project teams and coordinate closely with consultants

Oversee design development and ensure smooth implementation

Manage client relationships and ensure regulatory compliance

Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables

Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections when required

Resolve design and technical issues during project execution

Support project documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks

Qualifications

At least 5 years of local project management experience

Strong capabilities in design development and detailing

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (BOA recognised)

BOA registration is an advantage

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and/or ArchiCAD
