This Research Assistant role focuses on managing the Healthcare Commercial Cloud. You need at least two years of hands-on experience with AWS and Azure to support our teams effectively. Responsibilities include troubleshooting cloud services, securing computing environments, and deploying clinical data platforms like Medidata and REDCap.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and operate cloud security solutions in AWS and Azure • Manage AWS data storage and virtual machines for research • Troubleshoot cloud activities to identify root causes • Maintain baseline HCC computing services up to date • Deploy and maintain data management platforms for remote capture
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT • Minimum 2 years' experience with AWS and Azure • Knowledge of cloud architecture and security standards • Proficient in server administration and data science tools • Familiarity with cloud monitoring and infrastructure management tools
