Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Duke-NUS

Join the Duke-NUS Centre for Biomedical Data Science as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. Support the Healthcare Commercial Cloud administration while ensuring compliance and security in AWS and Azure environments.

This Research Assistant role focuses on managing the Healthcare Commercial Cloud. You need at least two years of hands-on experience with AWS and Azure to support our teams effectively. Responsibilities include troubleshooting cloud services, securing computing environments, and deploying clinical data platforms like Medidata and REDCap.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and operate cloud security solutions in AWS and Azure • Manage AWS data storage and virtual machines for research • Troubleshoot cloud activities to identify root causes • Maintain baseline HCC computing services up to date • Deploy and maintain data management platforms for remote capture

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT • Minimum 2 years' experience with AWS and Azure • Knowledge of cloud architecture and security standards • Proficient in server administration and data science tools • Familiarity with cloud monitoring and infrastructure management tools
