Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 730 am 5 pm; Friday 730 am 4 pm
33 patient contact hours per week
Minimum 2 visits per patient contact hour
No emergency call or on call services
No surgical procedures required
Charting completed during normal shift
Hospital privileges required
