Your Responsibilities:

Review deal paperwork to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Post new and used vehicle deals into Tekion.

Verify pricing, rebates, trade-ins, and financing details.

Partner with Sales and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.

Track deals through the funding process.

Maintain organized and up-to-date deal logs.

Assist with month-end close to ensure all deals are properly posted.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with automotive deal structure or financing paperwork

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (Tekion experience is a plus)

Previous dealership experience (billing, title, or accounting office)

Effective communication skills with a team-oriented mindset

Automotive or accounting experience preferred, but not required
