To ensure effective implementation of company’s schemes from Distributor to market.
Responsible to appoint new distributor as per recommendation from BDM
To maintain fresh stocks at distributor’s points
To generate primary orders from distributors to SS
To check & analyze sales diary on his joint working with SO
Send weekly/MIS report on time to head office.
To train & develop his team from time to time.
To lead & motivate his team to achieve volume target of his area.
Should have 5 Years of relevant experience as ASM in that respective states for which state the RSM will be selected for.
Should have good market knowledge.
Decent communication skills.
Overall 15 yrs of sales experience and 5 years as manager in FMCG /biscuits Companies.
Age: 38 – 45 years.
