Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Delivery Manager, Product Engineering.

We need someone to assist in leading product engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead product engineering teams responsible for the full product development lifecycle.

Drive engineering strategy aligned with product and business objectives.

Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure product and team success.

Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams to deliver solutions.

Manage project milestones, risks, and delivery timelines.

Identify and remove team blockers and process bottlenecks.

Foster a culture of DevOps, SecOps, and continuous improvement.

Lead sprint planning, release coordination, and deployment activities.

Provide coaching, career development, and leadership for engineering teams.

Promote engineering best practices including TDD and clean code.

Essentials:

Experience managing product engineering or development teams.

Strong background in C/C++ application development.

Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired:

Experience managing complex product development lifecycles.

Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Experience working with enterprise software products.
