Yard Assistant: A Vital Support Role in Our Construction Team

Are you an individual who thrives in an active work environment and enjoys contributing to a team? We're seeking a diligent and able Yard Assistant who can perform a variety of tasks to keep our work areas organized and safe.

Job Responsibilities:

Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work area and work yard clean and free of debris. Your commitment to cleanliness will support a safe and efficient working environment.

Assisting Team Members: Provide assistance to team members as needed, including handling tools and materials. Your flexibility and willingness to help will be key to our collaborative success.

Construction Support: While construction experience is a plus, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are the most important qualities for this role. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success.

Requirements:

Physical Stamina: Ability to work in the heat for 8-hour shifts. Your endurance will be essential to performing tasks effectively.

Lifting Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. This will involve handling construction materials, tools, or other equipment.

Experience: While construction experience is beneficial, it's not required. Your ability to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team will be your most valuable assets.
