CNC Machine Operator

In this role, you’ll work with Haas and OKUMA CNC machines in a job shop environment, supporting long production runs while maintaining tight quality standards. You’ll be part of a skilled, supportive team where your attention to detail truly matters.What You’ll Do
Set up and operate Haas and OKUMA CNC mills
Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
Change and adjust cutting tools and offsets to maintain performance
Monitor long production runs to ensure consistent quality
Perform in process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
Make minor adjustments to maintain part quality and reduce scrap
Troubleshoot basic machining or production issues to minimize downtime
Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions
Work closely with team members to meet production and delivery goalsWhat We’re Looking For
Up to 3 years of CNC mill operating experience (production or job shop)
Hands on experience with Haas CNC machines (OKUMA experience is a plus)
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Experience using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools
Basic CNC troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail with a quality first mindset
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable, team oriented, and eager to learnNice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in a job shop environment
Familiarity with long production runs
Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practicesReady to Apply?

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
