LHH is partnering with a respected organization in the Columbus, Ohio area to identify a contract Executive Assistant. This position will provide coverage during a temporary medical leave and is expected to be fully onsite. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to executive leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating priorities, and resolving conflicts

Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics

Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation as needed

Screen and prioritize communications, including emails and calls, on behalf of executives

Assist with special projects and handle sensitive, confidential information with discretionQualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership

Strong calendar and travel coordination experience required

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Pay Details: $23.00 to $29.00 per hour
