2nd or 3rd Shift Forklift/Reach Truck Operator

$21.50 - $22.50/hr

Job Description

Safely operate industrial trucks, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, to load, unload, transport, and stack goods within a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Key responsibilities include conducting safety checks, managing inventory, and preparing orders for shipping.

Responsibilities

Safely operate industrial trucks such as sit-down/stand-up forklifts and reach trucks.

Conduct safety checks on equipment and machinery.

Manage inventory and ensure accurate records.

Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring all items are correctly picked and packed.

Handle materials and perform general labor tasks.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in operating forklifts, including stand-up forklifts and reach trucks.

Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment supporting data centers.

Ability to pass a forklift test within the first 1-2 days.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in material handling and order picking.

General labor experience in warehouse settings.

Inventory management skills.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic environment with multiple shift options available: 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 5am - 1:30pm), 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 1pm - 9:30pm), 3rd shift (Monday-Friday, 9pm - 5:30am), Weekend Days (Friday-Sunday, 6am - 6:30pm), and Weekend Nights (Friday-Sunday, 6pm - 6:30am).Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.75/hr.
