Operations Manager (Multifamily Housing)

Job Description

Growing property management company in Meridian is hiring an Operations Manager to run day-to-day performance across multiple apartment communities.

This is not a typical office role. This position is responsible for leasing performance, delinquency, team accountability, and overall property operations. If you’re looking for something slow or routine, this will not be a fit.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and communicates professionally in all situations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Overseeing daily operations across multiple apartment communities

Driving occupancy and leasing performance

Managing delinquency and holding residents accountable

Leading on-site staff and setting expectations

Handling resident issues and conflict resolution

Ensuring properties are maintained and standards are upheld

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and professionalism

Ability to handle pressure without getting overwhelmed

High level of accountability and follow-through

Problem solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do

Comfortable managing people and making decisions

Organized and detail-oriented

Experience in property management is a plus, but not required.
