Solutions Architect Manager

Columbus, OH, King of Prussia, PA, or Naples, FL. Hybrid

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small team of developers

Oversee SQL-based applications supporting core business systems

Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance

Drive modernization efforts across legacy and cloud environments

Design and support Azure-based and hybrid solutions

Manage integrations between on-prem and cloud systems

Promote automation, DevOps practices, and efficient workflows

Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools responsibly

Partner with leadership on technology direction and priorities

Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in leadership

Strong experience with SQL-based enterprise applications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments

Experience leading teams in regulated or compliance-driven environments

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools

Interest or exposure to AI-enabled development

Strong communication and leadership skills
