The right candidate will not only lead a single restaurant but will contribute to developing talent, improving consistency, and supporting multiple locations as needed.
This role is ideal for a high-performing operator who is confident running a restaurant, understands the financials, and is motivated by continuous improvement—not just maintaining the status quo.
What you’ll do:
Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Hire, train, and retain talent, with a focus on developing future leaders
Create accountability and maintain high standards
Manage labor, inventory, food cost, and profitability
Use reporting and P&L data to make decisions
Deliver a strong guest experience
Build a positive, energetic culture
Take ownership of results and identify opportunities for improvement
Support other Columbus-area locations (Easton, Clintonville, Grandview) as needed
As General Manager, you will run the four walls of the restaurant like it is your own business and lead your team through clear expectations, strong communication, and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of management experience required
Restaurant leadership experience strongly preferred
Experience with inventory, labor management, and P&L accountability
High-energy, positive, and self-motivated
Able to lead confidently and work well with ownership
Someone who wants to make an impact, not just manage shifts
Is focused on continuous improvement and incremental gains
Has a personality and leadership style that attracts and retains strong team members
Is energized by building teams and developing people—not just managing operations
Compensation and benefits
$65,000–$80,000 base salary
