Regional HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to oversee and drive human resources strategies across multiple locations within a large-scale retail and commercial operations environment. This role will serve as a key business partner, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance and people-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute HR strategies across multiple sites within the assigned region
Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment
Drive performance management processes, succession planning, and leadership development
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decisions
Lead and mentor HR teams across different locations
Implement and standardize HR policies, systems, and best practices across the region
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with regional or multi-site exposure
Minimum of 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
Proven experience in handling large, diverse workforce populations
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail, property management, or large-scale operations is an advantage
Strong background in organizational development and change management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
