Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Territory HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple locations within a defined territory. This role focuses on ensuring consistent HR execution, supporting operational leaders, and driving employee engagement and compliance across all assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR operations across multiple sites within the assigned territory

Partner with site leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and retention programs

Handle employee relations concerns and ensure timely resolution of cases

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all sites

Monitor workforce trends and recommend improvements to HR processes

Support performance management and employee development initiatives

Coordinate with site HR representatives to ensure consistent HR standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

At least 7–10 years of HR experience

Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Experience handling multi-site or territorial HR operations is an advantage

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Willing to travel within assigned territory
