3. Class Model Review & Required Fields -

4. CMDB Clean-up (Remediate Current State) -

CI Data Quality Remediation (Duplicates & Classification)

CI Lifecycle & Ownership Governance Remediation

CI Relationship Integrity Remediation

5. CMDB Governance & Operating Model - Service Lifecycle Lead

6. Current State Analysis of SDP Logic - ServiceNow Architect and Service Lifecycle Lead
