Job description*:

This role involves supporting the full technical lifecycle D365 CE project Operations focusing on the below project Operations activities along with CRM technical capabilities in build customizations and configurations using plugins, Java scripts etc.

#Must have hands on experience in

#Project Setup & Planning-

Create and manage projects in Dynamics 365 Project Operations

Define and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

Configure tasks, dependencies, milestones, and schedules

Support project planning and scheduling activities

Resource Management

Assign resources to projects based on roles and availability

Track resource allocation, utilization, and capacity

Support project managers with resource demand and utilization insights

Maintain accurate resource data in the system

Time & Expense Management

Configure and support Time & Expense processes

Assist users with time entry, expense tracking, and submissions

Monitor compliance and accuracy of time & expense data

Support approvals and issue resolution related to T&E
