Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Description

Ginsburg & Misk is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions and handle matters from inception to trial.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients

Advise clients on business and legal transactions

Negotiate settlements for legal disputes

work closely with Partners to provide clients with the best legal services.

Qualifications:

7 -10 years previous experience in commercial litigation with focus on Real Estate litigation such as Partitions, Adverse Possession, Quiet Title and basic business disputes

Familiarity with various legal documents

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Full-time
